Job Description

Description :     Department Administrative Assistant provides administrative project or process support to relieve and assist department managers or staff of administrative details and duties.

Responsibilities include general department duties such as ordering office supplies, sorting mail, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, etc., as well as executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects.

It is required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties. Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels.

In support of a business manager, utilizes knowledge of business issues, key customers, company practices, procedures and resources to provide, coordinate or manage admin processes and projects.
Typical responsibilities include screening mail, maintaining calendar, travel schedules, setting priorities and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinates activities with outside vendors and/or internal and external customers.
Mentors other administrative assistants within respective business.
May be required to chair or serve on task forces or committees where knowledge of function procedures and processes are needed to resolve issues or establish new procedures.


Qualifications :    
*Requires university graduate.
*Preferably more than 1-year experience.
*Good communication skills in voice and written media, both in Korean and English.
*Knowledge of PC tools (ex. MS office)
*Preferably sales business support knowledge.
* Strong interest and passion in serving customer and peers
